The Sigma Alpha Omega Foundation (formerly Sisters By Grace Foundation) is opening its application pool to welcome new Directors.
The positions available are for two-year terms beginning July 2021 and ending June 2023. Three positions are currently available: Vice President, Programs Director, and Engagement Director. The Vice President will serve as the Foundation's representative on the SAO Convention committee, and support the President including leading meetings in her absence. The ideal candidate for the role of Vice President is willing to serve in whatever capacity needed by the organization. The Programs Director will coordinate grant programs including creating and opening applications, responding to applicants, overseeing the selection process, and notifying applicants of results. The ideal candidate for the role of Programs Director is highly organized and able to meet deadlines. The Engagement Director will oversee the launch of a donor recognition program and maintain communication with donors. The ideal candidate for the role of Engagement Director is interested in donor relations and a good communicator.
